Our CNC sewing technology makes it possible, in addition to fiber rovings such as carbon, glass and aramid, to process resistance wires or heating strands / conductors in any shape. Thus, it is possible for us to produce electrical heating elements and heating mats tailored to customer requirements very efficiently. Due to the existing know-how we can combine both fields with each other, so that we can offer innovative solutions, for example in the area of anti-icing and / or de-icing of composite structures. Even in carbon structures, the integration of electric surface heating is not a problem as our systems are self-insulated and have high dielectric strengths. The low basis weights and construction heights are a decisive advantage over other solutions. Flexible heating elements
A flexible heating element consists in the basic structure of a carrier material (textile, fabric, ...) and a heat conductor applied thereto. The heating conductor (current-carrying insulated heating coil) is firmly (but flexibly) connected to the carrier material. This connection is made by us by sewing or versticken the heating element in free forms (round, oval, angular, spiral, freeform) on the support. Thanks to the innovative production of TFP Technology GmbH, the finished heating element is elastic, bendable and extremely flexible. You determine the sizes of the flexible heating elements. We manufacture small heating pads with a few centimeters up to large heating elements with several meters in length. Depending on the application and customer request, the operating voltage of the heating elements manufactured by us is 12V, 24V or 230V or 400V.

Heating mats and surface heating elements
As a manufacturer of flexible heating mats, we develop the right product with you. Be it a heating mat for sewing in for a seat heater in the automotive industry / vehicle construction or a heating mat for electric heating pads or electric blankets. The surface heating elements and mats are versatile. Large heating mats for surface heating elements for heating rooms and halls in the industrial sector are just as much a part of our product range as heating pads for clinical or physiotherapeutic applications. Small and large heating elements can also be used for the production of heated clothing. The surface heating elements and heating mats produced by us ensure a fast heat distribution without larger preheating times. A uniformly distributed or even partial heating with a temperature of up to 400 ° C (or even more) is possible through our surface heating mats. To ensure operational safety, we also manufacture our heating mats with thermal switches or, if required, with temperature sensors and temperature sensors. silicone heating elements
Silicone heating mats are used where very complex structures need to be heated. They can be used variably and can be produced in almost any shape and size. Especially for heating and keeping warm flat, cylindrical or conical products, they are suitable. Silicone heating mats are glued directly to the mold to be heated and have a height of less than 4mm. Disadvantage of this heating system are di but quite high production costs, as well as the weight. The defined material mix (silicone insulation material) also considerably limits the use.
Foil heaters or foil heating elements are characterized by their high variability and are therefore used in many applications. Depending on the application, various insulation materials are available. In addition, the products can be provided with an adhesive layer, which serves to fasten the heating elements, for example, to glass, metal or plastic. Disadvantage of this heating system is the limited 3d-deformability and the lack of flexibility. Also, the heating elements are expensive as soon as it goes in temperatures above 120 ° C, since then Kapton must be used as insulation material. Grid structures are not possible.
