At TFP, we work with you to develop a custom-fit panel heating element in terms of shape, size and layout, as well as regulation and control. We use CNC embroidery machines to apply conductive wires and heating conductors, such as insulated stainless steel and CuNi heating strands or carbon fibers, to a flexible carrier material that you can process easily and that best meets the requirements of your application.

Our flexible electric heating elements have a thermal protection switch for heat monitoring. We can optionally equip the elements with temperature sensors or temperature controllers. They thus become a heating system and replace conventional heating mats, heating foils and heating fleeces.

Do you need self-adhesive heating mats to integrate them quickly and easily into your products? Do you want your heating elements to be permanently connected to a second textile material? No problem!
On request, we can process your semi-finished products using processes such as cold or hot lamination and laminating.
Cold lamination is characterized by an applied self-adhesive layer, which simplifies further processing of the heating element: you stick the heating element in place and do not need any other aids to attach it.
With hot lamination, we apply another material to the heating element. This protects the wires and strands or serves to integrate additional functional properties.
With our advanced laminating process, we use heat and pressure to permanently bond two textile materials – identical or different – together for you. This process primarily serves to protect the component.
