If, as a manufacturer, you place particular emphasis on the sustainability of your products, use natural fibers instead of carbon or glass fiber. Natural fibers such as flax, hemp or jute are also suitable as rovings for tailored fiber placement.

We save you and ourselves long transportation routes because we produce in Germany at our Falkenstein site. Our products, especially the heating elements and sensor mats, are durable and wear-free. The materials used do not have to be disposed of at great expense.
Our innovative technologies and state-of-the-art CNC laying techniques enable targeted placement of fiber strands. Tailored fiber placement processes are used to create near-net-shape textile fiber structures that can be further processed using thermoset or thermoplastic processes.
In addition to fiber rovings, we also process functional threads, wires and heating strands in any desired shape to produce tailor-made preforms, electric heating and sensor elements or to integrate them directly into fiber fabrics.
